>Hardboiled Limes?
While we're boiling citrus fruits, I'd like to mention that
I've just read McDermid's Wire in the Blood, which, for those
who don't know it, begins by looking like a police procedural
and quickly explodes into a kind of police-as-outlaws story,
full of mean, dark streets and moors, corrupt cops, and
nastily murdered teenagers. Well written, too. I'm burning
with envy.
